3. Physical Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Yoga, pranayama breath control, inversion holds, and physical exercises carry inherent physical risks including muscle strain, joint stress, cardiovascular exertion, or injury.

• You agree to listen to your body, practice within your safe personal limits, and immediately stop any exercise causing sharp pain or lightheadedness.
• You warrant that you are in suitable physical condition or have consulted a licensed physician before beginning any training program, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, recovering from surgery, or managing hypertension, spinal conditions, or cardiovascular disease.

4. Memberships, Billing & DodoPayments Processing

We provide transparent, straightforward subscription tiers (such as $6/month or $49/year, or regional INR equivalents) and one-time program passes.

• Payment Merchant: All payments are securely processed by DodoPayments, our authorized merchant of record.
• Automatic Renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal. You authorize DodoPayments to charge your selected payment method for applicable renewal fees.
• Taxes: Applicable local sales tax, GST, or VAT will be calculated and displayed transparently at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction.

5. Subscription Cancellation & Non-Refundable Digital Goods Terms

We maintain a transparent, zero-friction cancellation policy for all members:

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time with a single click via Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future cycles, and you retain full platform access through the end of your currently paid period with zero additional billing.
• Non-Refundable Digital Content: Due to immediate digital delivery and instant access to our complete proprietary video library, hold timers, and structured programs upon purchase, all subscription charges and standalone passes are final and non-refundable. 6. Intellectual Property, DMCA & Copyright Inquiry

All trademarks, logos, custom curriculum structures, software code, interactive hold timers, and original text on YogaPracticeHub are the intellectual property of the Academy. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access the content on your personal devices.

We respect the intellectual property rights of all content creators. If you believe in good faith that any content, imagery, or reference material on our platform infringes your copyright or trademark, please dispatch a notice to our designated agent at yogapracticehub@protonmail.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL or location of the material on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogaPracticeHub, its operators, directors, and technological partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our training materials. In all events, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Academy during the preceding twelve (12) months.
