Medical & Exercise Disclaimer
Your physical well-being is our highest priority. Please read this health advisory carefully before participating in any movement or breathwork practice.
Non-Medical Wellness Platform Advisory
YogaPracticeHub is an educational wellness and physical conditioning platform. The materials, video holds, pose breakdowns, breathing techniques, and multi-week schedules available on this website are designed for educational and fitness instruction only. We do not provide medical diagnosis, clinical healthcare, physical therapy, or individualized treatment plans.
1. Consult Your Physician Before Beginning
Not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone. Before commencing any yoga sequence, flexibility routine, or inversion training presented on YogaPracticeHub, you should obtain approval from your physician or qualified healthcare provider, especially if you:
- Are pregnant, postpartum, or nursing.
- Have a history of cardiovascular conditions, heart disease, chest pain, or arrhythmias.
- Have high blood pressure (hypertension) or low blood pressure (hypotension).
- Suffer from spinal disc herniations, sciatica, osteoporosis, arthritis, or chronic joint instability.
- Have glaucoma, retinal detachment, or elevated intraocular pressure (inversion poses are contraindicated).
- Have experienced a concussion or recent surgery.
2. Voluntary Assumption of Risk & Injury Prevention
Participating in physical exercise, stretching, and deep breathwork involves inherent physical risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, ligament sprains, falls, dizziness, lightheadedness, or more severe physical injuries.
By accessing and performing any sequence on this platform, you freely, voluntarily, and knowingly assume all risks of injury, both known and unknown. You agree that you are solely responsible for listening to your body, practicing within your personal capacity, taking rests as needed, and using modifications or props where suitable.
3. Pranayama & Breathwork Guidance
Our Pranayama and breathwork studio exercises (such as Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, and prolonged breath retention / Kumbhaka) directly influence the nervous and circulatory systems.
- Always practice pranayama while seated or lying down in a safe space — never while driving, operating machinery, or immersed in water.
- Pregnant individuals should avoid forceful abdominal pumping and long breath retentions.
- If you experience tingling, lightheadedness, or panic, return to normal natural nasal breathing immediately.
4. Educational & AI-Assisted Alignment Visuals
The visual demonstrations, instructional guides, and hold timers provided across our Asana Encyclopedia and program curriculums illustrate idealized anatomical biomechanics. Because human anatomy varies in bone shape, limb proportions, and joint socket depth, your personal expression of a pose may naturally look different from the demonstration models. Always prioritize safe internal sensation over visual mimicry.
5. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge YogaPracticeHub, its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to any personal injury, property loss, or damage that you may sustain during or as a result of using our services and training curriculums.
